“Annabel responded very quickly to our online booking request - we had enquired about staying in a 3-bed lodge but this wasn't available on our exact dates but she offered an alternative, being a 3-bed ground floor apartment which suits us very well. This was all done in a very friendly, professional manner and we will recommend Waterside to our family and friends. We are very much looking forward to our stay on the Island. Many thanks Bob and Dawn Stiles”

“We stayed at Westfield lodges three in bonchurch, Isle of wight. We were one hundred percent satisfied with the accommodation/ cleanliness/ swimming pool/ cleanliness of the whole complex. It was maintained to the highest standards. Staff are very polite and courteous. We will be returning at a later date, also will strongly be recommending to friends and family. We would recommend to anybody looking forward to a relaxing break or holiday with family. Mr and Mrs McElroy”

My experience when I rang to place my booking was also excellent, Charlotte was at lunch but all the information about my booking was easily accessible by Lorriane who completed my booking for me.
