Dear Dr Cook - Thank you for your comments which we take very seriously. We are very sorry that your experience with our company was not as you would expect and this of course concerns us. We can certainly confirm that you have a booking at Lake Pochard Lodges next week as per the confirmation we emailed to you. We received your online enquiry at 21.18 on Sunday evening and we contacted you by phone and email first thing on Monday morning to confirm that we had just the one lodge left for this half term period and had held it in your name pending confirmation from you. You kindly called us back later that morning and confirmed your booking and all your holiday confirmation details, including instructions on how to get there and contact details for the owners were sent out by email within the hour. The owners at Lake Pochard Lodges have also sent out your booking acknowledgement by post and receipt information including where to pick up keys etc. Everything about your booking all seemed very smooth so we are a little surprised by your comments. We do however wish you a lovely time at Lake Pochard in the Cotswolds. Best Regards - All at Waterside Breaks

“Booking form was straightforward and email confirmation sent straight away followed up with a telephone call within 20 mins. As this was a late booking on a saturday the website did say office closed by 4pm and upon ringing the 0845 number given it also said office closed so this was a bit worrying as due to go away in 1 days time but as above they did ring me and were very effiiceint, friendly and professional and quickly confirmed my booking advising me that there would be an email sent as well with all the necessary details.”

Thank you for your kind review and comments. We were actually closed when your enquiry came in on Saturday eve but Annabel spotted your booking request was for this Monday and jumped on it as quickly as she could. Have a wonderful time at Indio Lakes, it is a great location and the lodges are lovely!
