“Delt with Tim, excellent service, promised to send ferry details.still waiting written confirmation from Riviera, and ferry discount info, not Impressed after four days after booking. Let's hope our eventual holiday is worth it. !!”

I have looked into this and all the booking information we sent on the day you booked included all your booking infirmation was correct and also included details regarding booking the ferry and getting preferential rates and teh numbers to call too.
