“It was with some trepidation I rang Waterside to make the booking as my past experiences with other companies was not always favourable. Tim made the whole experience a 'joy'! He was extremely helpful and it was such a change to get someone who rang back when they said they would.”

“Booking was straight forward contact was made quickly confirming booking. Lodge was taken down quickly upon reservation and had plenty of time to pay deposit to secure. Site a little dated but simple to navigate.”

I have looked into this and all the booking information we sent on the day you booked included all your booking infirmation was correct and also included details regarding booking the ferry and getting preferential rates and teh numbers to call too.
