“I found the Waterbreaks website a little confusing when it came to checking availability. When I phoned Annabel was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed to help with the booking. She even managed to find me the right configuration of accommodation which initially didn't seem to be available. Shortly afterwards I have Anice email from Hazel to confirm the details.”
