“I spoke with Charlotte and annabel, (on 5/09 and 6/09 respectively), both if whom were exceedingly helpful and patient, especially as I had a few specific requirements and possibly wasn't the most straightforward booking! The phone was picked up promptly and their telephone manner and general customer service was excellent....lets hope the actual holiday follows suit!! Thanks!”
