“Friendly and efficient booker”

“The gentleman who took our booking was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I was however disappointed that the villa I wanted with hot tub which was advertised was not available when booking. Also my husbands name was spelt wrong on booking. It is spelt Roger not Rodger. This is a very minor thing and not a complaint and happens all the time. Can you confirm how many hand and bath towels available at villa please? We are really looking forward to our holiday”
