“Website misleading I wanted a 2bed apartment that was showing to be available only to find out that only 1 bed available,”

“Good, efficient and helpful service provided during the booking phase and also very helpful literature provided to enhance the holiday. I would have given 5 **** but the failure to respond to subsequent emailed questions have somewhat lessened my opinion so it appears that they are excellent when in the booking process but less helpful after that Update. I have upgraded this company to 5*** as I did receive an apology for the delay in responding and they have answered all my questions and given me further advice which I welcome.”
