“I placed my enquiry at 7pm and Waterside Breaks emailed back immediately to let me know someone would phone me to confirm the following day. I received a telephone call at 10am the next day and everything was arranged. Very quick service, impressed.”

“The web site is easy to navigate and has all the information one needs to book. The young lady who took my reservation was cheerful and very helpful and the whole booking process couldn't have been simpler. I had requested a voucher of some kind as this was to be a gift for my husband and the voucher along with confirmation arrived the very next day. So far, I am really impressed and look forward to the holiday being every bit as pleasant.”
