“After enquiring online about a lodge I got a quick response call to confirm my booking. And the lady who rang me was very friendly.”

“Prompt reply to my enquiry,had to pay owner via bank transfer as no credit card facilities but this was no problem.overall hassle free,cannot comment on accommodation yet.”

Thank you for your kind review and comments. Whilst most owners are now switched over to taking credit and debit cards some are still not. As we are a remote booking office for all the owners we work with and all payments go the owners directly we have to work with their payment terms. we apologise for any inconvenience and wish you a lovely time. Thanks for your kind review and comments. We act as a remote booking office for all the owners with and payment is made to them directly so unfortunately it does make it sometimes awkward for those overseas to pay online. “HAD AN EXCELLENT BOOKING EXPERIENCE. ALL STEPS WERE QUICK AND EASY. THE STAFF HAVE A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. MY ONLY NEGATIVES WERE THE HIGH CHARGE FOR BOOKING BY CREDIT CARD AND THE FACT NO HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH WATERSIDE BREAKS.”

Hi Carl - thank you for your review and comments. The majority of owners charge for credit cards from 1.5% to 2.5% dependent upon what they are charged by the credit card companies. This is common practice in the holiday business. Where there are no charges and there are quite a few who do not this is not charged at time of booking either. With regards to insurance many people now have their own travel insurance via their bank accounts and the demand for this service is now almost minimal. There are however many really good deals on line. We wish a you a great time at Deerfoot in the Norfolk Broads. All at Waterside Breaks.
