Hi David - thank you for our comment and a valid point. The majority of the owners we work with accept credit cards but some individual owners unfortunately do not and payment has to be made direct to them by cheque or BACS. All bookings we take are with the owners directly and as per their terms and conditions. Many people like this option but sometimes it is not ideal. We accept that there was an error in the property description regarding the upstairs WC and we are very sorry that was so. We are very careful about all holiday cottage descriptions and hope everyone has a lovely holiday. We have amended this accordingly on our website.
