“I found the link easily and the information and booking was very user friendly. I was telephoned without delay, my reservation was held for me for 24 hours which allowed me time to proceed and to book my holiday. The payment method was also simple and straightforward. Was dealt with very efficiently by Charlotte who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Awaiting paperwork so ferry can be booked. Hoping our Waterside break is as impressive as the booking procedure.”
