We value our reputation and customer ratings accordingly and always assess our advice on a regular basis to ensure all holidays booked via Waterside Breaks are enjoyed by all our customers. We are however in this instance a little confused by your comments regarding your stay at the Cordon Rouge Cottages in the Norfolk Broads, The booking confirmation details that we sent to you and the Norfolk Broads advice sheet attached recommend the owners own day boat hire as they offer a 25% discount of all on-site hire. If you are after motorised day-boat hire for longer periods than just single day hire there are very few companies that do this and we recommend one in Horning, approx 3 miles away. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Wroxham and hope that you were able to get out on a boat, definitely one of the best ways to experience the Norfolk Broads.
