“The property I rented in Horning, called Top Deck was the worst place I've ever been in. The description on the Waterside Breaks website does not tell you that the property stinks of damp, has mould growing on the walls, the linen supplied had mould on them. The smell was so bad that all our clothes stunk of the place. Also the extractor for the Chinese take away next door is right next to the upstairs deck so you couldn't go out there to enjoy the view as the smell from that was absolutely awful. The heating and the cooker didn't work. I called & sent messages many times to the owner. He did not bother to reply. It's a disgrace that this property is advertised. Is it even legal to rent it out? Very disappointed Waterside Breaks, will not trust your properties again”

We take all comments on properties that we rent on behalf of the owners very seriously and liaise with the owners accordingly to ensure standards are kept up. We have passed on the details that you sent us directly for these to be looked into by the owner giving them an opportunity and chance to review, act upon and respond. We have let this particular cottage on many occasions without issue that we are aware of but of course we take nothing for granted and look carefully into any complaint. Regards Waterside Breaks
