“I spoke to a young lady called Charlotte who was very friendly, very helpful and was more than happy to provide me with further information regarding the local area and on where I could hire a day boat at a discounted price... She even provided me with the boat company's brochure. The whole booking experience was amazingly quick and I encountered absolutely no problems whatsoever. A very pleasant experience, Thank you very much for all your help”

“My experience so far has been very good, original booking enquiry was responded to very quickly, and although my first choice regarding dates was not available, I was offered alternative places for the same week. As we specifically wanted the first site, we were able to book an alternative date very easily. Spoke to 2 members of staff, both were very helpful, and really positive about cottage that we had chosen.”
