“Very friendly and helpful staff who work hard to accommodate your needs. Willing to give advice about the local area based on their own experiences in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely book with Anabelle or Charlotte again....lovely ladies who were a great help. Thank you.”

Dear Mr Marshall - Thank you for review and comment. We have looked into this matter with the owners and I understand that there was an issue with this cottage upon your arrival. I can categorically assure that we knew nothing about this when you booked this cottage or prior to your arrival, We are saddened and sorry that this cottage was not up to the standards expected for your break in Wroxham and I believe this issue has been taken up with the managing agents of this cottage. We have let these popular cottages many times over the last few years and had many repeat customers. We would never knowingly let a cottage we knew to be in poor condition as this would only ever cause dissatisfaction with our customers and only create issues later on. Tim who I spoke to was very knowledgable and professional and took me through the booking process with ease and gave me some information on the accomodation and site.
