“Very impressed with the standard of service. I left a booking enquiry at 9pm and by 9.30am the following morning I had been contacted by phone, text and email. When I called back the staff member was delightful - helpful, friendly and clearly knew the property well as he was able to answer my questions thoroughly. Once the deposit was left, confirmation was swift and clear. I'm really impressed - probably the best holiday booking company I've used to date.”

“After spending many frustrating hours and days trying to find a suitable venue for our special holiday requirements, and finding great difficulties with other companies, in the space of an hour we were presented with a perfect location and facilities with the Waterside Breaks Company. Their very helpful representative, Charlotte, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Despite us giving them short notice the Company has managed to book us into the Melfort Holiday Cottages which cater for the needs of the less able. Many thanks to everyone !”
