“Great staff always very helpful and not your normal generic letting company personal care is taken something you need when its your pride and joy you are letting Tim and the team always work hard to sell breaks and there commissions and service is much better than the Hoseasons of this world ! Hi Debra - thanks for your review and message, the confirmation of your holiday was sent out on the date you booked your holiday. Sorry that your booking confirmation has not been sent out by the owners. We have chased the them to ensure your confirmation from them will be resent out for you for your break in April in the Norfolk Broads at Peninsula Cottages. Have a lovely time. “I phoned from Tasmania, Australia and and I could not fault either of the two people I dealt with over the phone, namely Tim (initially) and Charlotte. They were charming and couldn't do enough for me to get the right accommodation which I needed for my elderly Mum (91) and I may add that when I told her about the holiday she was absolutely thrilled. Many thanks for your help.”
