“Having booked through Waterside Breaks I would highly recommend their services. My fiancée is very ill and having spoken to Tim and Charlotte from WB via email only a couple of times, they did everything they could to accommodate our specific needs to enjoy a weekend break. Thank you guys”

“I phoned from Tasmania, Australia and and I could not fault either of the two people I dealt with over the phone, namely Tim (initially) and Charlotte. They were charming and couldn't do enough for me to get the right accommodation which I needed for my elderly Mum (91) and I may add that when I told her about the holiday she was absolutely thrilled. Many thanks for your help.”
