“Good communication when I complained of a defective inlet fitting. I was asked to send in some photos - although they were unlikely to demonstrate the fault - and they promised to send me a replacement.”

“The water butt was received in excellent condition and was very easy to install. I have rated this as good not excellent because I did not receive any notification of when to expect the delivery apart from an email from the courier on the day which did not include an ETA which meant waiting in all day which is unusual these days. Their email also stated that the delivery was from 'GM8 group'. I did not recognise this name and initially thought it was a spam delivery message.”
