“I have been trying for some time to find a rhubarb forcer for some time and following a search found water butts. They had exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price which was delivered very quickly. It is currently waiting for better weather to be sited over new rhubarb. Was very pleased and would deal again”

“Lovely, unusual shape water butt. Fantastic service and speedy delivery (well ahead of estimated date), item was well wrapped/packaged. Only doing 4*’s as there seems to be a permanent slow drip from its tap, but seeing as we always have a watering can under is not causing us too much of an issue.”

“I ordered a Midi- wormery from you. It arrived on time, but the body was broken in several places. I phone and spoke to Daniel, sending him photos of the goods, which had been damaged in transit. He handled the exchange very well, professionally, empathetically, sending us a replacement in very quick time. What struck me was that he was unhurried, got the measure of the problem, gave me to feel it was no trouble to him sorting it all out. Just the service one looks for!!”

“Despite Brain of Britain ordering online whilst tired and cunningly ordering the wrong thing, a phone call with Daniel sorted everything out, and even got me a couple of spare tap washers. All the bits and pieces I needed, and hose to fit my connectors sold in any length I wanted - perfect, saved the hours of chasing round last time I needed something. “The water butts i purchased were exactly what i expected everything was supplied as described . It was a shame the delivery was not so good the boxes had fragile tape on i ordered 2 butts 1 box arrived very battered and upside down the other was totally ripped down one side it is lucky that the butts i purchased all parts are placed inside the butt and the lid is fitted tight.”

“Bought two Harcostar jumbo water butts. One was delivered with one of the screw-in stoppers forced in on cross thread. Nearly sent that one straight back. Fortunately managed to correct the fault, but it shows carelessness and lack of quality checking.”
