Hi Daniel, We dispatched your order a day after you ordered (8th of Dec) and can see this was delivered successfully on the 9th of December. So we are unsure what the issue may have been, a part from the Harcostar hose which was ordered (but it does state this is for use of Harcostar products only). We do appreciate any feedback so we can work on any further issues in the future. However, for pricing matters, every website and company is different. Kind regards Water Butts Direct.

Hi Andrew, Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail on the 2nd of December as Royal Mail was on strike on the 30th of November and 1st of December. Due to further delays and strikes, unfortunately, delivery times have been extended and I'm afraid this is out of our hands. Hopefully, this will be with you soon, please keep us posted. “6 days after water butt delivered still waiting for water diverted and brass tap, not been able to install. Parts now delivered by Royal Mail who were the cause of a late delivery and who are causing problems for businesses at the moment so in fact I was very pleased with the service from water butts direct. “Disappointed that we couldn't see the water Butts before buying. Surprised when we decided to order one that was in stock? as the delivery was 28 days. We had no hurry so it wasn't a problem. The water Butt was delivered within 28 days, we were given the delivery date and the water butt arrived as stated. The water Butt arrived in good condition. Assembly was very easy, Instructions were supplied with everything required to install. Took a while to finalise the position but installation took less than an hour.”
