“Water butt took 9 days to be delivered which caused a great deal of inconvenience. Would have appreciated letting the customer know when delivery is a problem.”

“Great Improvement! It's 14 years since I bought one of these and there has obviously been a lot of sensible thought put into the design since then. Small but important points like the stand now being 4 interlocking pieces that are easier to level and the side entry points being filled with threaded blanks so that no drilling is required. The tap is also more robust and the seals are thick but flexible. Altogether a good piece of kit. Maybe it is time to replace my 5 old ones!”

“I would have given you 5 stars if you had told me that my butt was out of stock when I placed my order instead of my having to ring to find out where it was after 10 days.However , it did arrive quicker than expected after that & I am very pleased with the quality of the butt. I would recommend it to anyone.”

For even better adaptability being able to lift off the top to accommodate different sized and set up tube for filing would be excellent, as we needed to buy some extra kit to make it fit with our down pipe. “Very poor delivery, poor quality product. I called the customer service line to ask why I had only received 1 of my four boxes and I was told by a rude phone operative that it was not his fault and he would call me back with delivery times. He never called back and the remaining 3 boxes turned up over 3 days. I will not use water butts direct again.”

“Delivery was prompt and courteous, and the water butt of high quality. We are still going through the process of connecting it up. We are glad we ordered a concrete-grey one, which will reflect away the sun's heat, rather than a black one, which could get hot in the sunshine. The concrete-grey is a silvery shade so the butt, which is large and tall, looks like a visitor from outer space, quite a statement in our garden! However we will be pleased to have its 1,000 litre capacity in the summer, so we won't have to water the garden with expensive mains water.”
