“These arrived on schedule, well wrapped and undamaged. I was kept informed of expected delivery times, and the courier was very helpful, he refused to let me carry them as they were too heavy. I haven't used them yet- I'm still waiting for my patio to be laid - but from examination they appear to be very sturdy, and will look great once in situ. Thanks.”

“Purchased twin Harcostar 350 litre water butts linked at base with connectors that proved totally inadequate because water pressure in the black tubular link cause leaked which proved impossible to seal. After complaint, received new connectors with black tube and fitted these to upper connecting points to join the two water butts. Advise rubber sealant tape is used (not supplied) but leaking has been prevented.”

“The water butt lid I bought was delivered swiftly and did the job. The description on the site was accurate so my hope that it would fit my water butt was justified and it a much more secure lid that the original that flew off in the wind and was run over by a car. I thought it was relatively expensive but could not find anything cheaper elsewhere.”

“I bought 4 x Magnum 350l barrels. They work out much cheaper per l than other options. Each butt has a small writtn note advising the customer about the child safety locks and how to operate them to prevent damage. Despite this, one of the yellow catches snapped in use, but that isn't a big problem. The downpipe connectors are excellent and easy to install. Its difficult to get excited about a water butt, but this comes pretty close!”
