“Very good quality products. Kept up to date regarding the order going through, and the delivery, down side is no updates regarding when the order is despatched, like some companies do.”

“We had one of your water butts and then bought another with the aim of linking them and doubling our water capacity. Unfortunately the Hozelock connector on the tap leaked, I was using genuine, brand new Hozelock fittings. Water Butts Direct were unable or unwilling to come up with a solution so I have had to buy two more taps in order to achieve our goal. This has turned out to be an expensive project, hence one star.”

“This is the second time I have used Water Butts Direct and as previously. Good communication, do exactly what they say they will and deliver a quality product.”

“The water butt and joining kit are of good quality. However the instructions were very poor. There were no instructions on how to remove the stopper where the tap fits. I tried a large screwdriver,a coin and eventually an adjustable spanner. Also no instructions on how to cut the tubing.Having asked someone I used a kitchen knife and scissors,which was actually quite simple but instructions would have been appreciated!”
