“Good product well packaged and sadly delivered the only reason it’s not 5 stars is that it wasn’t in stock at the point of order but approx 10 day wait so not bad”

“Water butt arrived quickly and it and the diverter was easy to install. Unfortunately it’s leaking around the tap. I’ve already drained it (all 250L) to make sure I hadn’t missed screwing something on the inside (I hadn’t) and tightened it up and it’s still leaking. I’m waiting for some Plumber’s mait putty to arrive to seal the leak.”

“Delivery same day 2 separate delivery. The butt and the down pipe water conector. The hose with the Gutter Mate is very short, only if you have the butt next to the pipe is it long enough You can all way cut down a hose, but not make it longer. It or to be supplied with a 1 m house. The price covers the increase by 500mm.”

“The water butt seems sturdy enough but of course there has been zero rain since it was delivered. My only criticism and the reason I docked one star on the rating is that the two holes on the lid to lift it look as though they've been made by some creature as the cuts are very ragged and sharp - my guess is that they should have been filed or sanded down before leaving the factory but for some reason this wasn't done. But a minor detail, really, all in all this seems like a good buy.”

“A very strong product with good dimensions. Only issue we had was the wing nut which secures the tap to the water butt was missing. Replacement sent immediately issue was identified. Easy to install we just need the rain!!!”

“Good service and happy with the product. Just waiting for some rain to start filling it. Found the fitting of the hose to the drain pipe difficult and had to saw a little more off the drainpipe to enable it to attach, but it looks good and will be a benefit to my garden.”

“Always easier to be wise after purchase. I would have prefered the option of an alternative connection to the rainwater downpipe cutting a section from the downpipe is not so easy when either end is fixed what could have been a 10-minute job took 2 hours. All done now The Butt seems good quality along with the stand. Time will tell.”

“Lightweight, quite well made. From a distance looks like a real terracotta pot. Didn’t know you have to make a hole in it yourself. Not sure how many years it will last outside, time will tell of course. Shame the stand looks so cheap and nasty and black.”
