“Lightweight, quite well made. From a distance looks like a real terracotta pot. Didn’t know you have to make a hole in it yourself. Not sure how many years it will last outside, time will tell of course. Shame the stand looks so cheap and nasty and black.”

“Excellent product, a little pricey but I was prepared to pay the extra for a sturdy, nice looking alternative to the standard water butt. Customer service is excellent as they were really helpful with an enquiry I had regarding shipping - thank you. The carrier is Parcelforce, who unfortunately are not too efficient, but delivered the item eventually. All in all though, excellent and I would buy again without hesitation.”

“What an excellent service from Water Butts Direct, I rang to order a 200litre water butt& phone answered straight away, I spoke to Paul who was extremely pleasant & helpful so I placed an order & was told delivery would be by Fri 5th August however the water butt arrived Weds 3rd of August within 25hrs of my placing the order by phone a really great service & so pleased I picked this company. I had previously rang a company Even Greener but had trouble contacting them as they were busy & they asked me to leave my Name & Tel No & an operater would call me back, I'm still waiting .”
