I have a old blackwall water butt with a leaking tap. Got new tap from a few places but still leak. Asked the customer service of Water Butts Direct and they found the right one for me. It is not expensive but there are very professional and asked for pictures of the old water butts and sort it out for me. Certainly will buy from them again if in need. I like good customer service with problem solving skills.
