“My order arrived but wasn’t the exact type I had seen on the website. The similar product was not suitable as I feel it has a design flaw and wanted to avoid using that type. I phoned and was asked to email with the details, being promised it would be dealt with within a couple of days. I got a reply literally within the hour stating a replacement such as I originally wanted would be posted immediately. The replacement arrived two days later. No quibble no fuss, not even asked to return the original order. Outstanding customer service. Would definitely use again.”

“Easy to order online. Butt delivered in short time. Easy to assemble butt, but not so easy to connect to an existing downpipe as I had to disassemble the pipe in order to fit the filler”

“I bought 2 water butts (sold as a pair). They are fine . They came with 2 diverter kits and stands which I didn't need. It would have been useful if they had had a connector kit (which I had to buy separately). Now they are both connected to my existing water butt and are full of water following the recent downpours.”
