My water butt stand arrived very promptly and just in time for my water butts to be connected to a new greenhouse so I was entirely satisfied with the purchase and very pleased I found your company when I had bought a butt from my local garden centre which had no stand due to lack of stock. “My first water butt was delivered but badly damaged and I returned it via the courier.After 1 week I had not heard anything so contacted the company direct. The lady on the phone was most helpful and arranged a replacement which I received the next day. Good study well made product and the pre drilled inlets were a surprise .good locking lid and sturdy stand.All ready and waiting for my partner to put in place next week. Not many items with a 5 year guarantee either. Excellent customer service and products.”

“The butt was delivered without any problems, however the instructions included were for a different butt and the "pre-drilled hole" was non-existent. Also, which I should have noticed when ordering, a lot of water is left in the bottom of the butt below the tap, therefore wasting a lot.”
