“My chosen water butt arrived well packaged within a few days of placing the order. The whole process of fitting took an hour or so, the butt,stand,tap and top bung....the latter which I sealed in, took no time atall. Splicing the connector into the downpipe was the most challenging. But for a competent DIYer easy enough.......accurate measurements, sharp saw, screwdriver to loosen the downpipe clips is all that is required.”

“Not a good first experience. Basically they sent a bungled order. Got only one of the 2 butt's I ordered, and I got a stand I didn't order. Also, nowhere in their confirmation of the order do they state the particulars of the order. The 2 agents who helped me on the phone were courteous and helpful.”

“Unfortunately the water butt has not yet been delivered so my review on the quality of the butt can't be given. I expected its delivery today and arrangements were made to accept the water butt. I hope the water butt will be of good quality because I have recommended this company to friends. Now delivered in a cardboard box marked "Fragile". Very happy with the butt.”
