“A good water butt, however the 3 piece stand does not suit or fit in with the butt, not a good design & very flimsy. A bit disappointed, to be honest.”

“Edit instructions with easy way, please. pacaging fine, delivery is also fine. its tap should be arrow which side is water drops. we may check water level from outside (make transparent plastic meassurement which we can see from outside. which liquid we may use to clean, guide me.”

“I like the slimness of the water butt, I have two, but there are two things which I find very annoying. Firstly the tap provided is not suitable for filling watering cans as water splays everywhere but not in the can, - the tap is too short to fill a can because of the bulging pattern which prevent the can sitting correctly at the front so the tap really needs to be longer. Secondly you cannot get the water from below the tap. I have read your solutions about a hose or pump but you never suggested how to connect the hose of which pump.”

“The Water Butt arrived in 3 days and all is fine. Like others have mentioned the tap would have leaked badly with the washer supplied, so I fitted it with plumbers PTFE tape. It would have been good if Water Butt's Direct had sent an acknowledgement of the payment as one expects that today.”
