“Excellent service, easy to fit overflow kit does what is expected.”

“Quick service; the water butts arrived in very sturdy cardboard. The water butts themselves are sturdy - it would have been nice if the inlet and outlet holes had been pre-punched, with a plug inserted. Good instructions. The lids are very difficult to remove (so as to check water height inside). Good value, given that the stand and connecting pipes are included.”

“Water butt and stand were well packaged. They look good quality. Had to look on-line for instructions how to remove the temporary plastic bolt - where the water tap is fitted. From the instructions that came with the butt it wasn't clear what this was or how to remove it. The lid looks good quality & I like the fact that it's securely fitted to the butt. However for those who want the downpipe to empty into the top of the butt, there's no circular shape in the plastic lid to help with the cutting out.”
