“I was not sure what to order accessory wise with my water butts so i called them up and was very impressed with how helpful they were. They advised me that my produce was not in stock but that they would be in touch. As I had not heard a few days later I sent an email for an update and within one hour they had replied advising that the delivery was on the way. Totally efficient, polite and knowledgeable. would certainly recommend.”

“Great customer service and helpful advice trying to get a water diverter for a non standard square drainpipe. However, arrived with two sets of conflicting instructions. Doesn't fit flush with the wall so have had to do a bodged job which doesn't look great. Staff on phone helpful - people get 5 stars but product gets 2. It does divert the rain water though! A lot of money for a less than high class product.”
