“The bulbs were the ones that I required for my pond. They arrived very quickly after I had ordered them and were well packaged up so no damage in transit. They are clear bulbs and not blue as shown. I checked to make sure before I ordered them.”

“Great customer service. Which always leads me to placing my orders with them. On a recent purchase, sadly it was damaged in transit, even though in was clearly marked as fragile. This is not a fault of water garden, who were fantastic about it and sorted a replacement.”

“I can't thank Water Garden enough. Immediate reply as always. Jack was very knowledgeable and able to offer excellent advice over the phone to help me maintain the pond as my pump broke (during the covid lockdown). He promptly ordered me a new compatible pump which arrived within 48hrs and told me the best way to keep the pond oxygenated (by hand) until the new one arrived. Quality service 10/10! I highly recommend your business. Thank you for your time, patience and commitment to offering superb help and products. Louise.”
