“I started online and due to being a really novice computer person got stuck so I phoned the helpline and spoke to a extremely helpful chap who advised me on the correct product i needed and put in the order for me . it arrived the very next day. needless to say i will be doing business with them again. 10 out of 10.”

“I needed a new filter in a hurry. I found Water Garden's website easy to use and it included easy to find contact information which is always good. I ordered the filter on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Perfect.”

“I was very impressed when the liner arrived only the morning after it was ordered online. The website is clear and easy to use, the tools for calculating liner size certainly work nicely. In addition, the staff are knowledgeable and were very happy to give genuinely good advice and they have my thanks for that. Highly recommended.”

“As a first timer into water features I was over whelmed by the choice in the general marketplace. I knew exactly what I wanted but did not know how to achieve it. “Fountains are now indoor, assembled and working. The Solaris is just wonderful. Esthetically breathtaking and pure eye candy with its "mist effect". The Jinan fountain is very subtle and wonderful in its own way as well. I wanted to say that everything is good! The items were in mint condition, and the shipping was quick and unhindered.
