“We are extremely happy with all the products you have provided and the helpful advice we have received over the phone. We have had to redesign the pond as wife wanted a waterfall feature so only just added the bio kickstart but water clearing already!”

“Kit supplied excellent. My repair involved several holes one of which was under a fold and not on a flat surface! Notwithstanding, the patch was secured according to the instructions and appears to be successful. I am very pleased with the result. Many thanks.”

“The item arrived , excellent service, But unfortunately it was the locking collar that was broken, it was a separate item so I ordered it , a mishap occurred in getting it out to me but a very efficient young man,I think Adam, sorted the problem out very quickly and it is now in full operation Adam is an asset to the company, thank you. “After describing over the phone the stream and pond that we wanted to construct in our garden, water garden were very good at suggesting the right products for this purpose and my wife and l are very pleased with the overall outcome.
