“From the first contact by phone to collecting the pump, the service was really good. The pump was installed the same day & as described lived up to what I was hoping for. Will be using "Water Garden" again, fantastic service backed up with knowledge of the products they sell.”

“I telephoned as I needed advice before ordering. I received clear factual information and recommendation. I placed my order and the pump and filter were received within 48 hrs. As yet I have not been able to install the equipment, but so far I am very pleased with the service I have received and would certainly use the company again”

“I asked for a pond hose. I received a pond hose. Then I was asked for a review of the pond hose. Once connected to the pond pump, I have noted that the pond hose allows pond water to pass through it. Not just some of the pond water, but all of the pond water. I think therefore it is a functional pond hose. No further comment.”
