“Would highly recommend this company. Right from the beginning, Bradley from their technical sales team listened to what to what we wanted, he made recommendations and we purchased the equipment necessary. The standards remained with their after sales, and Bradley was always available to us to provide us with the support we needed with any technical questions we had. “Water Garden sent a different product to that advertised. They asked me to return the goods, which I did at my own expense on the same day. They received the goods back in August and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed as promised. No response to requests for credit from either their accounts or sales departments. I'd recommend to avoid doing any business with this company as they do not honour their word in a timely manner.”

“I purchased 6 pumps and all have broken within weeks. One failed in four days. They are simply not fit for purpose. I purchased All For Pond pumps from Amazon and they’ve worked perfectly in the same water.”

“I needed to replace a pond fountain that was unreliable (it used the wrong type of pump and the nozzle kept getting blocked). I spoke to Andy at Water Garden over the phone a couple of times for advice and he explained all the options and what would be most suitable. He went through exactly which components I'd need (pump and fountain head, obviously, but also connectors, risers etc). I ordered it all online and it turned up within a couple of days. Thanks to Andy's comprehensive advice and product knowledge, the order had everything I needed and so I had it up and running inside an hour. The Oase pumps are not cheap and neither was the fountain head but I'm confident that it will be far more reliable than the previous installation. It also looks far better and will aerate the pond more effectively.”

“WG is a supplier of equipment for garden water features. They have an excellent range. I have recently used them to supply 3 water blades, water pump and accessories. The equipment was destined for use in Oman and shipped through my agent in the UK. Although it took some time to get 45cm water blade, all the equipment has now arrived in Oman and I look forward to designing the wall water feature with my builder. I would use WG again and have no hesitation in recommending them.”
