“Can't praise this company highly enough. Bid for their Locarno Indoor Feng Shui fountain and although it is bigger than I thought it would be, I love it. Believe it or not, just after I had set it up and waiting for the water steriliser to arrive, I was busy dusting the shelf above my coffee table where I have placed the fountain and lo and behold knocked it down and it broke the bowl in 3 pieces! Talk about shock and horror. Went immediately back to Elliott at Water Garden who responded without delay and told me they would take their bowl from their display room and send it to me. All sorted and arrived within days. How great is that for customer service.”

“We spoke to several other so called Water Garden specialists, most were at best inept some diabolical on their product knowledge. However as soon as we spoke to Water - Garden we knew we had found THE SPECIALIST. Go elsewhere at your peril !! Benham Park”

“If it was not for Bradley a member of your staff I would not have been able to put the water feature together. The instructions should contain a red triangle warning you, you need a honours degree in engineering to uderstand these instructions. Bradley was very patient understanding and helpful. I have a reputation of being very capable of putting things together but these instructions got the better of me. Anyway the foutain is up and running and the fish and ducks love it Joy”
