“Sound advice and good service. Only issue is with product itself insofar as the hose connector does not grip the hose from the water pump because the external diameter of the ribs is slightly less than the internal diameter of the hose. This means a jubilee clip is needed but it is not always possible to fit one. On their advice, I used FPTE tape but even then had to use bit of ingenuity to ensure a tight fit. I'm sure I can't be the first person to point this out and it is something the manufacturer ought to be made aware of. That having been said, the service both before and after purchase was excellent.”

“Water Garden have been very helpful - the manufacturer Oase less so in providing a product to the UK market without plugs. I know that in Germany everything is prohibited expect that which specifically allowed but not all markets work like that. Result is I have been shopping for parts and the installation will start tomorrow. Not looking forward to half burying it in Hayling clay baked hard by 30 deg C weather.”

“Brilliant service, didn't have one item I ordered but let me know quickly and offered a suitable replacement which was cheaper as well. Refund for the difference processed and received fast. Definitely recommend”
