“Having purchased the impeller I discovered I ordered the wrong one. Called Water Garden and they confirmed what I already thought, our unit was approximately thirteen years older and would possibly be difficult to find the right replacement (had already decided it might be the case) however, I was very impressed with the offer of help in sourcing the part. I figured it was best to buy a new pond pump and really pleased I did, our ponds looking wonderful, fish happy and so are the plants. Water Garden kindly refunded the incorrect part I ordered once I returned it to them. Lovely to purchase from a company with great customer service, product knowledge, competitive pricing and quick deliveries.”

“The gent that conducted the sale provided a number of measurements to ensure that my existing tools and the suction hose would fit my now obsolete Pondomatic 2 machine. It has adapted perfectly. I was surprised to see the O.D. of this pipe was 38 mm as opposed to the original which was 45 mm O.D. This however did not seem to detract from it's performance. Thank you 'Water Garden' for excellent service.”

“My wife responded to you enquiry of 12th July, which was 2 weeks after purchasing Viresco algae control. The product was only just starting to take affect at that time. Our pool now looks fantastic - the best for several years. I reckon it took a little over 3 weeks before it started to control the algae. Many thanks for your advice. I have tried to include a photo, but have not been able to attach it to this review. If you would like to receive a photo please let me have an e-mail address.”

“The staff at Water Garden were really knowledgeable and helpful. We were replacing a 20+ year old pump which was no longer available and they supplied a replacement with similar specifications, made in Germany and with an impressive pedigree. We found that we also needed some specialised hose connectors. Everything was carefully packaged and arrived quickly.”

“Very good , prompt service resulted in my order arriving within 2 days . While awaiting my order I bailed out the small pond with the suspected leak . The large patch which covered various holes made by reed roots 5 years ago was not the leak culprit , but 2 small patches were . These I repaired yesterday . Problem solved !”
