“Thanks very much for all your help and excellent service. I understand I won't get a new guarantee for this new pump but I assume it will be covered by what is left of the old guarantee? it was a 5 year extended guarantee wasn't it on the pump?”

“Many thanks for your help with my Oase pump. I took your advice of using a descaler - but still could not get the blades moving. I then spoke to Peter at Oase - who was also helpful. After one last try I finally managed to loosen it - and now the pump is working and my fish are happy....and I didn't have to buy a new one - just yet. So THANKS to all.”

“Just to let you know that my initial results on the performance of the viresco was premature as in hindsight I didnt give it enough time to work.Now its been 7 weeks since I put the vireco into the pond and Ive got to say that there has been a significant improvement to the water conditions as the blanket weed has significantly reduced.What this means to me is that filter cleaning has become rare as there is no buildup in my filter raising the water level which was a regular occurance before application,and the pump when cleaning has only sludge in the basket and very little algae. Whilst there is still some blanket weed present in the pond there is nowhere nearas much as before as the majority of the pond bottom is mostly clear of it otherthan a few furry pockets which can easily be taken up with little effort with my pond net.Also I've noticed around the waters edge is becoming free of it as well. So all in all I'm now very pleased with the result as it obviously works and makes life a lot easier.Many thanks Reiss.”

“I write somewhat belatedly to thank you for the really good service that you extended to me when I had a problem with my filter.This occurred last year, and you kindly sent a replacement boxed filter, but to my shame I did not open the package until this week when my electrician and I installed the new equipment ? I had left your package unopened over all of the winter period,awaiting installation.It was only when I opened the box that I saw that you had very kindly replaced every single item,even including new batteries for the remote control.I feel that is service of the very highest, and write to record my appreciation and thanks.”
