Hi Richard, The Oase 'Pond Clear' water treatment is a flocculant and is usually very effective at binding single-celled algae. I will give you a call later today as water treatments are not always a total solution to ongoing algae issues and it may be excess nutrient in the pond which is the underlying issue. “Very efficient in delivering what I ordered. Unfortunately is more than just the light and I need to look if cable between light and transformer(?) is damaged. Any other thoughts? Other 2 lights working fine.”

Hi Barrie. If the spare bulb didn't resolve your issue, certainly inspect the low voltage cable between the spotlight and the transformer. Rodents occasionally take a fancy to the rubber cable and this may have shorted one of the 3 spotlights on the 12v side. Also, check for any signs of corrosion on the 2 pin terminal into the 3 way splitter. Do feel free to call us on 02392 373735 if you need further help! Best Regards - Andy @ Water Garden Ltd.

“Found water garden on line looking to upgrade pond filter and pump checked out several sites same equipment but various prices choose this one easy to order, delivery quick as advised and only drawback odd non standard out put connection and no electric plugs fitted . But once set up very impressed clear water with in 24 hrs no complaints.”

“Once again Water Graden come out top, not only value, but most importantly good, concise advice. The installation wasn't easy to resolve, but with Brad's patience and guidance the results couldn't be any better. This is the third time I have used Water Graden and I wouldn't hesitate doing so again. Call them, they are very friendly.”

“Totally my fault that this product is ridiculously small for the size of the pond, however it floats about splutttering a tiny bit of water no way can be described as a fountain and the led lights don't work at all.”

Hi Paul, I'm sorry to hear the Solar Fountain is not as hoped or expected. This is a small unit designed for small water features or ponds and will only produce a relatively small water display which we have tried to make clear and transparent on the website.
