Hi Jason. Our apologies once again for this. The water treatment in question had been confirmed by Germany as inbound and therefore imminent to our warehouse. However, Algaecides seem to be hitting issues at customs which is outside of the manufacturers and our hands and we are still suffering delays with a few select products. “The Filtoclear was installed & left for 3 days for the Bio to react. The pump was connected & the water outlet was immediately clear. Within 3 days, we could see to the bottom of the pond & the water sparkled. A great result”

“the ultra violet filter unit is now fitted and working fine, am pleased to say that the pond water is now clear and can see the bottom of the pond and all the fish. The ordering of the unit was quick and easy and the delivery was the next day, brilliant service from water-garden team.”

“I needed some quality hose to replace the 15-year-old pond hose that had become brittle. The hose arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and was well packed. It looks excellent quality, but time will tell. I wanted some 2" hose to feed the main hose through a wall and under a flower bed to the external filter. The hose supplied was perfect. High quality and robust. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“I’ve tried many things to remove pond weed, without introducing chemicals, and nothing has really worked…until now. I applied the dye and there was no change for several days. I assumed that this was another failed attempt until suddenly the pond weed thinned and then yellowed…and then disappeared! Yippee!! Thank you!”

“Brilliant bit of kit that I've used to create an outdoor firewall that will go next to a new hot tub, the walls need rendering and new paving to be done, but the early look from the flame effect already makes the area look great already. The glass surround is a real finisher.”
