“Very efficient with order and helpful with advice as the pump was lacking in instructions for connection. The pump was installed correctly but did not work so you asked me to return it and I have just done so. Score: Water Garden 5/5 Pump 0/5”

“The service was very good, the advice of the product was excellent. I have two pumps and have cleaned them twice in two weeks and it is still breaking the algae down. Will I need another treatment or will this completely clear the pond.”

“purchased some medium duty 1.1/4" hose for pond and it was really good, nice and flexible but didn't kink and as the outside is smooth it's easier to secure. Only downside is you have to buy it in increments of 5M”

“The oase biopress FP 3500pump is not functioning. I Spoke to a very diligent person ( James) and he explained me what could have gone wrong and more importantly, the options I have in repairing it. I have not even given them business and yet, he was super friendly. Thank you and will definitely come back to Water garden.”

“Thank you for your interest. Product installed and working successfully. However, disappointed with delivery. Paid for next day, £14.95. . Next working day was Tuesday. Fedex promised delivery Tuesday before 12.00, but actual delivery Wednesday just before 11.00, causing me to cancel planned work. Realise not your fault, but is poor service from Fedex, which I am afraid does reflect badly on you. Regards, John”

“Bought a replacement pond filter and pump system to replace the very old unit in our new house. It was easy to set-up and was pretty much a swap out and replace exercise. The information and spec details supplied help me in making the right choice. The delivery arrived on time and was well packaged and protected.”
