“We ordered a replacement pump for our pond filter and we found the delivery service was very good and it arrived the next day. When I take into consideration that Water Gardens had to get it out of their store and pack it and then send it, it was extremely good. Thank you for your service.”

“we are very disappointed with this pump. The water comes high about one foot and it starts receding after 20minutes and soon it becomes a couple of inches flow. I have to switch it off. It was absolutely clean floor filled with new clear water. Pleas let me know what to do. I.K.Mehra”

“Ordered a Oase 10000 filter and pump , turne up the next day . Filter leaked due to me not closing the lide properly and catching the o ring seal , phoned up to order a new 1 and the gentleman on the phone said its not a problem and sent me a new 1 out , no charge and i recived it within 48hrs. Fantastic to deal with and great service.”

“Very efficient with order and helpful with advice as the pump was lacking in instructions for connection. The pump was installed correctly but did not work so you asked me to return it and I have just done so. Score: Water Garden 5/5 Pump 0/5”

“The service was very good, the advice of the product was excellent. I have two pumps and have cleaned them twice in two weeks and it is still breaking the algae down. Will I need another treatment or will this completely clear the pond.”
