“Great customer support throughout the buying process with recommendations on which product would be suitable for our application. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. Once installed looked fantastic, did exactly what we wanted. Time will tell with the warranty of the unit but the overall the build quality is superb.”

“Great service, good quality product at a reasonable price. Previous pump burnt out due to low water level. Did a lot of searching before finding Water-garden. Very helpful telephone conversation which found a solution to my issue and the pump arrived within a couple of days.”

“This may be an unfair rating due to the fact I only added it to my pond two weeks ago. However I have not seen any sign that it is working so far. I have today added a further dose added to the original and I will give it another two weeks before I respond again and possibly look to asking for a refund.”
