“Very pleased with the product and service I received from Water Garden. The only challenge I had was finding the right fittings on the outlet to join onto original 2 inch pipework which I couldn't replace as it was buried under the rockery. Have managed to re-use a connector I had but it would be helpful if Oase / Water Garden could supply a suitable connector. Otherwise it seems to be working well”

“I purchased the pump to replace one I had owned for a few years that had reached the end of its life. This small model with its varying fountain heads works perfectly for what I need in a small ornamental pond. It has been operating now for 2-3 weeks quite satisfactorily; I can ask for no more. Easy to fit up and connect.”

“Bought this pond water heater just-in-time before the most recent beast of the east froze my fish/garden pond... It worked really well and I am very pleased with it. Only suggested improvement would be the quality of the float as it is too easy to damage it/too fragile and not sure how long it will last. Definitely recommended short-term though and who knows the float may be more resilient than it feels.”

“ongoing project over 4 - 5 months, have ordered parts for our water feature as the the builder has requested the components for each stage, have to say that the support and advice from water garden has been exceptional. Not the cheapest but the quality and support is second to none, you get what you pay for.”

“Very pleased with the filter which arrived promptly and in good condition. The Oase Biomaster 250 filter itself was easy to install and is very quiet, much more so than the Fluval 305 filter it replaced. The priming button worked an absolute treat as well. In my old filter I had to use a valve to manually pump the water into the filter until it was full. With the priming button you just push it a couple times to get the water flowing and then it just fills itself up, so much easier. The ability to easily remove the pre-filter cylinder to clean out the worst of the muck without needing to get into the whole thing is also a huge time saver. Very pleased all in all and I think worth the extra over the newest Fluval equivalent.”
