“We at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust Wild Landscapes project used Water Garden for the pump, hose and electrics on a recent pond installation project. Delivery was swift and problem free. The products were well priced and excellent for our application, plus we also received help and advice over the phone. Will definitely use again on our next project. Thanks.”

“Prompt delivery of Oase waterbutt pump. Works well in greenhouse and compatable with Hozelock fittings. Replaced H'lock pump which had conked out after 3 yrs light use.”

“This pump is perfect for my pond. Pumping with a head of 2 metres and over 20 metres up to a stream header. Nice flow down the stream and back to pond. Not bad for a 12 volt 100 watt pump. The next stage will be to connect to a 150 watt solar system.”

“We needed advice on a new pump for our garden pond & the gentleman we spoke to over the phone at Water Garden was brilliant , he certainly knows his stuff. We ordered from him over the phone & the pump arrived the following day. The price was good & because we were buying a high value item he kindly deducted the £15 gift voucher amount we would have been sent to spend on our next purchase. Excellent customer service the recommendation was spot on & the pump is working effectively. Thank you.”

“The service and telephone advice were excellent. The product also appears to be good quality and works well. My only complaint regarding the pump was that it is the nearest available replacement for my 1600 Oase model which failed after 7 years and to adapt it to fit the existing pipework was very awkward and difficult but nevertheless it now seems to be functioning correctly with no leakage. I can't see why Oase need to alter the geometry when older models are superceded.”
