“Many thanks for asking. I put the pump to use within a couple of days and it is working well. I have positioned it on the shelf that runs round the pond. I had intended to place it down in the centre like all my previous pumps but without a handle on the pump this was very difficult so I compromised. However it appears to be working well. Thanks Mel Bates”

“Very impressed with customer service. The algae net broke and was immediately replaced with a stronger net which is working well. I would just say that unless you have a very small amount of duckweed to remove go for the fish nets which are much stronger.”
