“Fantastic customer service, I ordered a lovely watch strap with deployment clasp, unfortunately the clasp didn't work for me but it was no hassle returning getting a refund and getting sent out a buckle. The buckle arrived before I had even sent back the clasp. Very helpful and straight forward process. Many thanks to Amy Enright who sorted it all out. I have used watch obsession before and will use them again.”
“The strap itself is nice and good quality, however the deployant sport buckle is absolutely unfit for purpose. It's clear whoever desinged this never tested it by wearing it. For smaller wrists the buckle closes to the side and it pinched and pushes the watch into an unatural position.
