“As usual Watch Obsession are fantastic to buy from, no complaints… but… the item I bought was not exactly as I expected.
I purchased the Hirsch Arne Limited edition colour (Yellow) with Mat black Sports deployant.
The colour was nowhere near the colour in the photo, it was much paler… so much paler, even taking into account the studio lights used for the photo I thought it would still be ok… but no. Pale yellow isn’t even the right colour to call it… its more like the colour “Pale” with the tiniest hint of pale yellow added to it.
The strap gets so grubby so quickly, within 2 days of being at home chillin I noticed that the strap looked like it had been handled by a coal miner straight from the pit. Sooooo hard to clean it too.
The claps seems sturdy enough and functions well but I cant help feeling that for the extra price I paid I would have expected a bit of “heft” to it but it leaves the impression that it was machined press from a sheet of aluminium.
Thin quick release spring bars, first chance I get I’ll be replacing them.
A lesson here is “Limited Edition” can also be a warning… “…we made so many before we realised they weren’t that good”.
I had to wait a few days to write out a review, not so angry now.”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry the Hirsch Arne Limited Edition Yellow strap didn't meet your expectations regarding colour. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product isn't quite as expected; while our studio photos aim for accuracy, screen calibration and individual device settings mean every display can show colours slightly differently, making it challenging to achieve perfect consistency for everyone.
We're sorry the Hirsch clasp did not have the desired 'heft' you were hoping, and as for Quick-Release spring bars, Hirsch have transitioned to having them as standard and almost their entire range, but we understand they are not for everyone, which is why we have a video guide on our YouTube page on how to remove them.

“I had contacted the company to raise my concerns about how ordering a leather strap for a CWC g10. I went through the website to order an appropriate strap but a strap with spring bars was sent. I don't believe the fault was mine but the company will not provide a return label. I will return the strap for the correct one but future purchases are in doubt.”
Sorry to hear about this Tom. There are two versions of the Arizona, one with the hook-on functionality for fixed bar watches and one which carries regular spring bars. Looking at your order, it looks as though you ordered the regular type strap for spring bars. Please feel free to return the strap and we can exchange it for the hook-on version for you.
