“It's very difficult to write anything positive as I've yet to receive my order. It was ordered on 14/8 with a delivery time of 1-2 days. Unfortunately the tracking number offered no help so I emailed on the 19th but got no response. The phone number on the website did not work either. I managed to speak to someone via the live chat on 20th and was told my strap appeared to be on its way back to them even though no attempt had been made to deliver it. Not to worry they said as a replacement would be sent the same day and I would receive a confirmation email, I'm still waiting.
I'm sure there's a genuine reason for this as I've purchased from you before without issue.
Issues now resolved, my strap arrived but was too big ( my fault, I ordered the wrong size ). Very simple process to return it and the correct size was sent out promptly. Bit of a struggle to fit but I think this is due to the leather being slightly thicker than the previous strap I had on the watch. Looks good and seems well made.”

And now, almost 12 days, the package still on international transit.
