“I found the watch strap I ordered was speedily delivered except for the fact that it was sent to Aldershot rather than London for delivery for a one day delay. I suppose that just happens in December. The online picture did not show how shiny the strap was. I returned it. There is a request for a pic of the returned object. I found that odd even if you 'change' your mind. I contacted them and subsequently learned that this procedure is to demonstrate the condition of the strap before it was sent in case it was damaged during shipment. That makes sense, but it really should be explained. Refund was processed quickly. Interesting procedure though.”
