“Bought an excellent leather strap from Watch Obsession. Was exactly as I wanted. Ordered it from Portugal and it arrived, although it took 11 days. This is the fault of the Portuguese post, rather than Watch Obsession, as they sent it out on the day of order. I will use this company again. Update - their customer support contacted me after I wrote this review to let me know they are looking to change their courier provider in Portugal to speed up future deliveries. Very impressed at this attention to customer feedback!! Bravo”
