I really wanted to leave a glowing review as the website and booking process was slick and I hoped the whole process would be. Well, no. I booked it for 2pm, he called 30 mins away and showed up early. I guess I could have said no but I’d rather these things are done sooner than later so it was fine. Secondly, I said I had no electricity when I booked, he said he didn’t have a generator so I had to park in my neighbours spot so he was close to the communication power in the flat. The neighbours came back and were annoyed I took their space. I still don’t know if I’ll get in trouble for the use of power from the managing agents yet. The neighbours - I can live with but I did just move in so it’s not a good start for me on building relationships. Anyway - I booked it for 2 so I could clear any possessions in my lunch hour but he rushed me, throwing my things on the seat to take out. When I said ‘look give me a chance, you have turned up early’, he wasnt aggressive or anything but it was an unnecessary pressure to speed up so he could start. He then complained the soft roof needs a special clean (it just has light moss that a scrub would remove but fine). I noticed the window in the soft top was dirty when he said he was finished, he said it was condensation but I ran my finger over it and it was black so he just wiped it. Not great. I hoped the car would smell nice and fresh but it’s no better or cleaner than a quick tenner jobbie with a local car wash. (I paid £50) Anyway, he’s pi*sed off my neighbours, may have gotten me in trouble with my managing agent and left me with a mediocre outcome. I won’t use them again or recommend them to my partner who was also interested. Shame. Update: Wash Doctors offered to remediate the small sections not cleaned but by the time this happened, the car was already dirty due to the grit on the roads so I turned it down. They didn’t offer to clean it entirely but just touch up the parts not clean. I won’t be using them again

I don’t believe he did a thorough job..i had to go round the car to redo certain parts. He had noticed a mark on the passenger seat and said i’l only charge you £10 extra to clean that mark off. However the dirt is still on the seat. I believe i could have gone to a local car wash and had the result at half the price!!!

Marks from vinyl that hasn't been cleaned off that we've managed to get off at home with a quick rub.Interior was cleaned well but outside of the car was clearly just washed with a hose no effort actually put into cleaning it.

Was 2hrs late I booked a 7am-8am appointment so was up from 6.30am ready for them to turn up and the reason for bing late was because he was waiting for his equipment to come but excepted the job at 11.22am the day before. Then was not satisfied how my car looked after not denying my car was clean but still had marks inside and out that could easily be removed but wiping them. For how much I paid I was expecting them extra finishing touches but to me was bog standard.

The guy was late and did not do a good job at all. We had to go and wipe down all the interior again and the cloth came out black. We were not impressed and could of done a better job ourselves and saved £45!

The rep from Splash N Drip was a lovely chap and worked very hard however the results were not up to expectations for a £50 valet. I attribute most of this to having to work in the dark as my appointment got moved from 2pm to 4pm by which time it was dark outside and the car was cleaned by the torch of an iPhone. Issues were dirt/crumbs still in cracks of seats, dried milk splashes from kids still in cup holders in the back etc. Would use again but not for Silver Valet and not in the dark.

Outside clean but lots of remaining watermarks. Inside is ok and the carpets nicely vacuumed, but many places missed. Boot was never cleaned at all.

Easy booking and very polite staff. For £110, I didn’t expect to find sand and food debris on and around the seat runners, some sand in the boot carpet, and litter under the front passenger seat. Will use another company next time.

Unfortunately the person I'd booked based on glowing reviews could not make it and someone else was sent. They did a very average job. Definitely not worth the money.

Booking was easy and the chap was able to come 3 hours earlier than I booked for. However, the cleaning was quite superficial, a spray and wipe over, corners/edges missed (ie on dashboard and door pockets etc), windows cleaned closed, not wound down to do the top bit etc. Only polished/wiped areas, anything that needed a scrape with a thumbnail, even on the windscreen, wasn't cleaned - I ended up doing myself. The car seats/interior are fabric so no leather polishing which was included but not needed. Used an extension lead to my kitchen socket as chap said the generator was too noisy? For the hoover?? Not really good value and probably better to use a local shop. Disappointed and won't use again.

Very disappointing. Rushed and when pointed out all the areas that were not clean, was told areas only get wiped over, not cleaned on a silver valet. Got better valet in Kingston car park for half the cost!

I booked Exterior Plus wash which clearly states hand wax, to be told this is not part of this package? Extremely disappointed that we are misled by this. Surely if it states Hand wax, you would think the car will be waxed and polished by hand? Extremely unhappy...but Dan was a good guy

Quite disappointing bearing in mind the cost! Firstly he was Late and wasn't the person named as expected. No attention to detail however he was happy to tell me that I'd booked he wrong level of clean and I had to point out the issues which I was unhappy and then he tried to rectify afterwards, he had told me that the a small scuff could not be removed but with a bit of elbow grease it was indeed removed. I would have expected more than an Hour for the Price paid. Shame as I was looking for a new contractor for the office cars. Wouldn't use again.

I thought that a interior service valet only meant that the boot would also be cleaned. Unfortunately it wasn’t the upholstery was washed but the side panels were still dirty and o had to wipe them down myself. As well after the steam clean they just leave the car wet so you cannot drive it for at least 24 hours even then you cannot guarantee it will be dry! I had to take my hair dryer to the car and blow dry the seats and leave the engine running with the fan air con on top heat for an hour! I paid £95 pounds for the valet service it was my first booking with Wash doctors and I went through a website google search that promised 60% off! This never happened! I still paid £95.00 so I’m not really impressed this was my first ever interior only valet and at that price I’m disappointed to say the least!
